أهلية الإرجاع

تُراجع طلبات الإرجاع بحسب حالة المنتج وسبب الطلب وتفاصيل الطلب. يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع قبل إعادة المنتج وإتاحة المنتج للفحص قبل الموافقة.

إجراءات الطلب والفحص

تواصل معنا برقم الطلب وصور واضحة للمنتج والتغليف عند الحاجة. نفحص المنتج والبيانات قبل قبول الإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد، ولا يعني تقديم الطلب أو إرسال صور الموافقة التلقائية.

الاسترداد والاستبدال

بعد الفحص والموافقة، يُعالج الاسترداد أو الاستبدال بالطريقة المناسبة للطلب ووفقاً للوسيلة المتاحة. تختلف مدة التنفيذ حسب الفحص وإرجاع المنتج وترتيبات الدفع، ولا نعد بمدة موحدة. الاستبدال يخضع لتوافر المخزون.

مسؤوليات العميل

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم معلومات الطلب والمنتج الصحيحة، وحماية المنتج وتغليفه بصورة مناسبة، وعدم استخدامه أو تركيبه أثناء مراجعة الطلب.

المنتج غير الصحيح أو الشحنة التالفة

أبلغنا فوراً عن أي منتج غير صحيح أو تلف ظاهر عند الاستلام، وافحص المنتج والكمية والتغليف قبل التركيب. سنراجع الحالة ونرتب الحل المناسب بعد الفحص.

حالات قد لا يُقبل فيها الإرجاع

وفقاً للقانون المصري، قد نرفض الإرجاع للمنتجات المركبة أو المستخدمة أو التالفة أو المتصلة كهربائياً، أو للطلبات الخاصة أو المنتجات الموردة خصيصاً، ما لم يقتضِ القانون خلاف ذلك.

This policy explains return, exchange, and refund requests for products purchased from OEMASTRAJ, without limiting rights available under Egyptian law.

Return eligibility

Return requests are reviewed according to the product condition, reason for the request, and order details. A return request must be made before a product is sent back, and the product must be available for inspection before approval.

Request procedure and inspection

Contact us with your order number and, where needed, clear photos of the product and packaging. We inspect the product and information before approving a return, exchange, or refund; submitting a request or images is not automatic approval.

Refunds and exchanges

After inspection and approval, a refund or exchange is processed in the method appropriate to the order and available payment arrangements. Timing varies with inspection, product return, and payment arrangements; no uniform timeframe is promised. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate order and product information, protecting and suitably packaging the product, and not using or installing it while the request is under review.

Incorrect products and damaged shipments

Report an incorrect product or visible shipment damage promptly on delivery, and inspect the item, quantity, and packaging before installation. We will review the case and arrange the appropriate resolution after inspection.

When returns may not be accepted

Subject to applicable Egyptian law, returns may be refused for installed, used, damaged, electrically connected, special-order, or custom-sourced items.
