نبيع قطع غيار لسيارات Opel Astra J في مصر، بما في ذلك قطع Genuine وقطع OEM، وهما فئتان مختلفتان. أوصاف المنتجات والصور والمعلومات مقدمة للمساعدة، وقد تختلف التوافرات أو المواصفات. يجب تأكيد التوافق قبل الشراء والتركيب.

مسؤولية العميل

يلتزم العميل بتقديم بيانات دقيقة للسيارة، بما في ذلك الموديل وسنة الصنع وVIN أو رقم الشاسيه واسم القطعة أو رقمها عند توفره. يبقى العميل مسؤولاً عن صحة هذه البيانات وعن التأكد من أن القطعة مناسبة للسيارة قبل التركيب.

الأسعار والطلبات والمخزون

الأسعار معروضة بالجنيه المصري (EGP) وقد تتغير قبل تأكيد الطلب. قد نصحح أخطاء التسعير الواضحة، ونؤكد تفاصيل الطلب وتوافره قبل اعتماده. يخضع المخزون للتحقق، ويحق لنا رفض أو إلغاء الطلبات المكررة أو المشبوهة أو غير المتاحة أو غير المتوافقة.

الدفع

طرق الدفع المتاحة حالياً هي الدفع عند الاستلام (COD) وInstaPay بعد التحقق من إثبات الدفع. إرسال لقطة شاشة أو إثبات دفع لا يعني قبول الدفع أو اعتماد الطلب حتى تتم مراجعته من فريقنا.

التوصيل

يتوفر التوصيل حالياً في مناطق مدعومة داخل القاهرة الكبرى، بما في ذلك القاهرة والجيزة ومدينة 6 أكتوبر. تقديرات التوصيل تقديرية وليست مواعيد مضمونة. يجب تقديم عنوان دقيق ورقم هاتف يمكن الوصول إليه؛ وقد يتعذر تنفيذ الطلب إذا كانت بيانات التسليم غير صحيحة أو تعذر التواصل مع العميل. راجع سياسة الشحن للتفاصيل.

الفحص والتركيب

يرجى فحص القطعة والكمية والتغليف وأي تلف ظاهر عند الاستلام وقبل التركيب. لا تقم بتركيب القطعة إذا كان هناك تلف ظاهر أو اختلاف في الكمية أو المنتج، وتواصل معنا أولاً.

الإلغاء والإرجاع والضمان

يمكن طلب إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن. بعد الشحن قد تنطبق تكاليف مرتبطة بالتوصيل أو الإرجاع بحسب الحالة. لا تكون الإرجاعات غير مشروطة وتخضع لـ سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال. تخضع مطالبات الضمان لـ سياسة الضمان ولا توجد مدة ضمان موحدة لجميع المنتجات.

الخصوصية والملكية الفكرية

يخضع استخدام البيانات لـ سياسة الخصوصية. المحتوى والعلامات والمواد المعروضة على الموقع مملوكة لـ OEMASTRAJ أو مرخصة لها، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن.

إتاحة الموقع والمسؤولية

نسعى للحفاظ على دقة الموقع وإتاحته، لكن لا نضمن أن الموقع أو المعلومات أو التوافر سيكون خالياً من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء في جميع الأوقات. إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو التأخير أو عدم التوافر. لا يؤثر ذلك على أي حقوق لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب القانون.

Products and compatibility

We sell Opel Astra J spare parts in Egypt, including Genuine parts and OEM parts, which are distinct product categories. Product descriptions, images, and information are provided to help identify parts; availability and specifications may vary. Compatibility must be confirmed before purchase and installation.

Customer responsibility

You must provide accurate vehicle information, including model, model year, VIN or chassis number, and the part name or number when available. You remain responsible for the accuracy of this information and for confirming that a part is suitable for your vehicle before installation.

Prices, orders, and stock

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and may change before an order is confirmed. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will confirm order details and availability before approval. Stock is subject to verification, and we may refuse or cancel suspicious, duplicate, unavailable, or incompatible orders.

Payment

Current payment methods are Cash on Delivery (COD) and InstaPay after payment-proof verification. Sending a payment screenshot or proof does not approve payment or confirm an order until it has been reviewed by our team.

Delivery

Delivery currently covers supported Greater Cairo areas, including Cairo, Giza, and 6th of October. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed dates. You must provide an accurate address and a reachable phone number; we may be unable to fulfil an order when delivery details are incorrect or we cannot contact you. Inspection and installation

Please inspect the item, quantity, packaging, and any visible damage on delivery and before installation. Do not install an item with visible damage or a discrepancy in product or quantity; contact us first.

Cancellation, returns, and warranty

You may request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, delivery or return-related costs may apply depending on the case. Returns are not unconditional and are governed by the Return & Exchange Policy. Warranty claims are governed by the Warranty Policy; there is no universal warranty period for all products.

Privacy and intellectual property

Your information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Site content, marks, and materials are owned by OEMASTRAJ or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Website availability and liability

We aim to keep the website and information accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, information, or availability at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delay, or unavailability. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law.
